Guilty!
Step dad has pleaded/pled (I can't think of the right word and right now I don't give a rubbery yellow fuck!) guilty! I don't have to go to a full trial in the summer! One of the charges has been negotiated down a step in exchange for him pleading guilty to everything but basically he's admitted about 15 charges!

i really am pleased for you. glad you didnt have to go to court. I was really dreading my day in court til the ex decided to plead guilty when we were actually there!!
It really is good news. I wanted to ahow you my support for the case on saturday but there just wasnt the opportunity and I didnt want to put a damper on things.
That's such a relief. I totally hope it all works out and he is properly punished for his terrible crimes. I also wanted to say that you are an inspiration, so many people who have been wronged in this terrible way would rather pretend to forget whereas you have fought for what you believed to be right.
I am so very happy for you and hope that soon you are allowed to close (and lock) the door behind you very soon.
